I made this piece “Mokosh” in honour of the Slavic Mother Goddess ~ a token of appreciation for the great mother archetype.

Mother Nature,
Mother Mary,
your own mother,
your grandmother;
a friend who held you when you needed it.

The little old lady carefully watering her plants,
The truck driver petting his cat before heading to work,
Your child-self tucking a beloved teddybear into bed,
All channeling the inner Mother.
